There’s no love lost between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots and the situation won’t get better any time soon after Ryan Clark laid out Wes Welker on Sunday. The hit was made with the Steelers comfortably ahead late in the third quarter and signaled to the Patriots that there would be no comeback in this game.
I can’t believe Welker hopped up as quickly as he did. That’s a tough mofo. As for the hit, it was worth the 15 yards and the impending fine for Ryan Clark. The play didn’t jeopardize Pittsburgh’s lead and now Clark will be immortalized for putting down one of the most vicious hits in NFL history.

i cant believe i just read that entire article. hahaha. that being said, great stuff. im sick of the whole talk about how tough the division is this year. the pats had the best draft in the division by far, and when all of the jets’ big name aquisitions are up either from retirement or contractually the pats willl have moved all this talent (mccourty, price, spikes, cunningham, our TE’s etc.) to starters, and with the 2011 draft we’ll get 4 more youngins in the first 2 rounds.
oh my gods
