Former NBA player John Salley is going to be a contestant on NBC’s “I’m a Celebrity.. Get Me Outta Here!” so he hit the media circuit to promote the show. One of his stops was Good Day LA on Fox 11 in Los Angeles.
John is familiar with the show, and Dorothy and Jillian seem to be familiar with John. The ringleader of the organized confusion is Steve Edwards and he might know who John Salley is, but he has no idea about his marital status. Fast-Forward to 3:57 for an awkward moment.
I don’t know what’s better: John twittering during the interview or Steve’s terrible attempt to cover-up his mistake. I hope John’s wife wasn’t watching or else the Spider’s got some explaining to do.
I can tell you what’s NOT better: allowing ads on your site that cannot be closed, are not blockable by pop-up blockers, and which cover up the main text of your articles! Jillian Michaels is nice to look at, but I’ve hit the frustration level trying to get past her ad and read the text of your story. See ya and your site someday, maybe.

I watched him interview Drew Carey years ago. He asked how Drew’s mom was. Drew replied something to the effect, she’s dead, but thanks for asking.
These ignorant bigots (the newcasters on Good LA) are going to get the Fox network sued one day. I myself live in the Los Angeles area and I don’t watch this bs on a daily basis. I have noticed that they always ask the black/ African America guest sterotypical questions. Earlier this week Steve made some very derogitory comments toward hispanic americans progress in our society. They were covering the story about the hispanics lady from Bronx, NY who was nominated for the supereme court. Steve pointed out that she’s the first hispanic person in American history to be nominated for that position. Bimbo Jilian asked “why did it take so long” and Steve replied “sometimes progress takes a long time and that she is one of a few people who were raised in the projects and had a success life. These that host Good Day LA may think their funny and hip but they take American back 60 years but the ignorant comments they make towards African American and other people of color. Shame on them!!!
