Ed Reed broke his own record of a 106-yard interception return for touchdown with a 108-yard pick and return against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Reed intercepted second-year QB Kevin Kolb, who replaced Donovan McNabb at halftime.
That was a pretty tight run back, but Ed Reed could’ve made it better if he had held out his arm and slapped the Eagles’ coaching staff on his way down the sideline. Three Stooges style. What difference does the guy under center make if Any Reid and Marty Mornhinweg are still calling the plays? Second and a snail’s ass and they make the young quarterback try to throw a ball in a phone booth against one of the league’s top defenses. That was brilliant.
Yanking Donovan McNabb at halftime all but finalizes 5’s career in Philadelphia. Even if Andy Reid lets him play out the season he’s gone next year. And Reid should be right behind him. The duo have given us Eagles fans some good times but it has run its course.

Great video. The anticipation was flatout nasty. And to think that he has another one of those.
