Orlando Sentinel reporter Jeremy Fowler pissed off Urban Meyer’s by quoting Gator wide receiver Deonte Thompson in an article earlier this week. Thompson offered his take on Tim Tebow’s style versus new Florida quarterback John Brantley and seemed to take a dig at Tebow when he said Brantley was a “real quarterback.” Meyer confronted Fowler about the story at Wednesday’s football practice and to let Urban tell it, Fowler is lucky Thompson isn’t his son because he would’ve f’d Fowler up on the spot.
