The Pittsburgh Steelers are taking a page out of the Cardinals, Panthers, and Eagles playbook.. They’re getting a US Airways plane. The Airbus 319a debuted yesterday at the Pittsburgh International Airport, and KDKA’s Allison Morris covered the event well. Check out this excerpt from from KDKA’s written account of the ceremony.
Steelers’ mascot Steely McBeam and other team officials were on-hand for the celebration.
The mascot is considered a team official?!? Which team officials are so low on the totem pole that Steely McBeam gets mentioned before them? Are the cheerleaders members of the coaching staff? No wonder Bill Cower hightailed it outta there.
