With the season and his career as Washington Redskins head coach coming to an end Jim Zorn has decided to empty out his playbook. The same playbook that Daniel Snyder stripped him of earlier in the season. After Zorn’s botched fake field goal attempt against the New York Giants I’d be surprised if Snyder let’s Zorn have an office for the last two weeks of the season. I wouldn’t have been surprised if Snyder left the owner’s box and fired Zorn on the sideline after one of the worst play calls I’ve ever seen.
Fast-Forward to 2:35 in the video to see Jim Zorn try to get Hunter Smith killed.
The worst part about the play is that the Skins lined up in the same formation but a timeout was called and then they came out and lined up the same way again.. After NY had seen what was shaping up and had time to adjust. If there was ever a time to go Brett Favre and blow off the head coach it would’ve been then. Hunter Smith should’ve gone on the field and said “F that fellas.. We’re kicking it.”
