In a match made in unintentional comedy heaven, Terrell Owens and Flava Flav will appear on television together. After Flav’s brilliant work on “Flavor of Love”, MyNetworkTV has decided that Flava needs his own sitcom. The new show is called “Under One Roof” and double F plays an ex-con that moves in with his rich uptight brother. Let the laughter begin.
The show premieres April 16th, and both Terrell Owens and Flav are excited about TO’s episode.
“I am really excited about the show and grateful for the opportunity,” Owens said in a statement Tuesday. “I am looking forward to the experience and working with the cast.”
Flav called Owens “one of my most favorite players in history.”
“One thing special I want to say to Terrell is, ‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of my show and consider this episode one extra touchdown under your belt.’”
So Flav loves TO and TO’s happy that TO’s on tv?.. Sounds about right.
Terrell Owens is on the record saying he’d like to explore an acting career (and some vodka) so let’s look at his reel.
Terrell Owens Monday Night Football/Desperate Housewives:
“What.. Are you doing here?”.. A little rough but it was TO’s first big break. He got a lot better by the time he played “guy working out in his driveway“. That eyeopening performance led to Terrell getting to act like he didn’t try to commit suicide.. I thought he was very believable there, but Terrell’s performance after the Cowboys were eliminated from the playoffs is his best to date.
“It’s really unfair. (Sniffle sniffle).. It’s really unfair. This my teammate.. (Big sniffle).. It’s my quarterback.. (Small sniffle).. And if you guys do that man, it’s unfair. We lost as a team. We lost as a team man…… (Sniffle).”
Jack Nicholson couldn’t have done it any better.. And I’ll tell you what’s unfair, TO got zero nominations for this performance. Talk about snubbed. Sniffle.
