Pictures of a nude Greg Oden hit the Internet (and nearly broke it), embarrassing and immortaling Oden at the same time. Oden joined John Canzano on Portland’s 95.5 Bald Faced Truth to talk about the photos leaking. You can hear the pain in Oden’s voice when says things like:
I’m definitely sorry. It was definitely really embarrassing. I wanna apologize to the orgainization. I apologize to Mr. Allen and the fans and definitely my family.
Greg Oden, the injury prone overall No. 1 selection of the Portland Trailblazers in 2007, scored three points, had 2 boards, and logged 16 minutes after missing two weeks with a mid-foot sprain. Oden threw one down against the Miami Heat to record his first NBA basket.

I’m not ready to write off Greg Oden of the Portland Trailblazers yet, but if past performance is indicative of future results he’s not gonna spend a lot of time on the court. He injured his wrist his only season at Ohio St. and he’s now in his second season in the league and he still hasn’t played one full game. I wanna believe Greg’s body will eventually allow him to play basketball without any major injuries even though at the age of 55 it’s amazing he’s lasted this long.
