The last time I typed about Brandon Stokley was when he had the miracle catch and clutch clock running against the Cincinnati Bengals. This mention isn’t as positive. Stokley felt he was interfered with on an attempted reception but the refs missed the call. Stokley let the back judge hear about it and then slapped the judge’s hand before being flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct and ejected from the game. Read the full story

The New Jersey Nets were on their way to another defeat when the team suffered an unexpected loss. Devin Harris fouled Jamario Moon of the Cleveland Cavaliers with a clothesline on a breakaway. LeBron James immediately got in Harris’ face and Shaquille O’Neal worked his way into the mix. Neither player checked on the fallen Moon. The referees gave Harris the boot. Read the full story

Umpire John Hirshbeck ejected Manny Ramirez from tonight’s Dodgers-Mets game for tossing an elbow pad in the direction of home plate after a called third strike. Is the league gonna suspend Ramirez for his behavior? Read the full story

Carlos Zambrano of the Chicago Cubs is known for running a little hot, and he gave us an example of why in today’s game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Zambrano was ejected in the seventh inning after arguing a call at the plate, and then launched one of his classic tirades which included taking a bat to the gatorade machine. Read the full story
