I didn’t realize until I read The 700 Level that today is the six-year anniversary of Brian Westbrook saving the Eagles’ 2003 season with a late, late game punt return. The Philadelphia Eagles knocked the Minnesota Vikings out of the playoffs with a 26-14 victory on Sunday in Minneapolis; sealing the game with a 71-yard screen play to Brian Westbrook. The game was 16-14 at the half, and remained that way until 6:37 in the fourth quarter when Westbrook broke loose.
