Michael David Barrett is in FBI custody and awaiting a Saturday morning court hearing after being accused of videotaping Erin Andrews in the nude. Barrett was arrested at Chicago’s O’Hare airport Friday night on federal charges of interstate stalking. He reportedly filmed EA in Nashville and Milwaukee hotels in 2008. Read the full story

Amanda Rodrigues, the wife of boxer Arturo Gatti, is being held in Brazil as the only suspect in Gatti’s death. Police believe Rodrigues strangled Gatti with her purse strap while the 37-year-old retired fighter slept. Read the full story

Back in December Mississippi basketball coach Andy Kennedy was arrested in Cincinnati and charged with assault. He allegedly got rough with a taxi driver and mixed in some racial slurs for good measure.

Former Bachelor contestant and Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader Mary Delgado has been arrested again, this time for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. You might remember Delgado was arrested last year after she punched ‘Bachelor’ Byron Velvick in the face.. After he picked her.

Alcohol was involved in her first arrest and once again the fire water has landed Ms. Delgado behind bars.

There are instances such as Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith punching teammate Ken Lucas, or Steve Smith punching a teammate during a film session, or pretty much any situation involving Steve Smith and a teammate, but you get the point. The Eastern Arizona College football time had a skirmish at practice result in an off the field aggravated assault charge. Defensive end Emmanuel Livingston was still pissed off about something that happened at practice when he encountered his teammate and took action. Read the full story
