By now you’ve all heard about President Bush throwing out the first pitch for the Washington Nationals-Atlanta Braves opening day game. Some say he was welcomed with boos, some say cheers.. With the mess in Iraq and the current state of the economy, I’m pretty sure they were booing, but I wasn’t there. Luckily people with cameras were there but even they don’t tell the same story.

Uhhhh.. What’s up with AP’s mics? On the YouTube page for this video it says:
To a mix of cheers and jeers, President Bush opened baseball’s newest stadium, Nationals Park, Sunday night with a ceremonial first pitch.
I heard the cheers.. must’ve missed the jeers. That, or the AP mixed the disfavor out of their report.
