Seattle Mariners Can’t Beat ‘em So They Beat Each Other

The Seattle Mariners ship be sinkin with a 37-60 record that has them 11.5 games back of the third place Oakland A’s. Doing what any group of people does when faced with a losing situation, the Mariners turned on themselves during last night’s 2-1 loss to the Boston Red Sox. Apparently Chone Figgins got pissed off after being pulled from the game for being a defensive liability and went after manager Jose Lopez Doug Wakamatsu. Russell Branyan worked his way into the scrap as well. Here’s the MLB Network explanation:

I don’t know what the odds were on a Seattle Mariners dugout fight NOT involving Milton Bradley were but somebody cleaned up. I don’t see Milton anywhere in the video. Maybe the anger management classes really worked.
