New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan recently said his only regret from this past NFL season was his war of words with Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder. Ryan didn’t say he wouldn’t trash talk the Dolphins as a whole. Rex was Octagonside at Strikeforce Miami and did a brief interview with Jenn Brown. He gave his Super Bowl pick, talked about some of his players taking up Jay Glazer’s MMA training, and of course he had a message for Miami and the Dolphins.
I love Rex Ryan’s style. It’ll get old if/when he starts losing but it’s run while he’s (sorta) on top.
