You’d think if you’re a member of Boise State’s band and the school’s football team is playing in the Fiesta Bowl that you’d be in a good mood. You would be unless you’re in the band equivalent of right field playing the cowbell. Boise State’s cowbell player looks like she bet her Spring tuition on TCU.
