Michael Jordan was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame Friday night, and he gave a long, layered speech to accept his place among the King of Kings. The video below trimmed MJ’s speech down, but you can still hear him talk about his choice of David Thompson as his presenter, where his competitive nature comes from, and at the very end he gives us his plans for age 50.
Jordan’s gonna make a comeback at 50.. Yeah right. Mike just wants to keep his name floating in the media for the next few years. If you see the speech in its entirety you’ll hear MJ say he doesn’t consider himself the best player, other people do. But if you listen to him talk you can tell Mike thinks he’s the best ever past, present, and future.
