Andre Agassi said Pete Sampras was a non-tippin’ son-of-a-bitch (paraphrasing) in his book and then reiterated his thoughts at a charity event over the weekend. The “Jim Rome is Burning” forum discussed the Agassi-Sampras back and forth leading former Blind Date host Roger Lodge to claim that Don Cornelius was a bad tipper in the late 80s.

Mark Jackson of ESPN/ABC picked up on the trend of airing out cheap celebs during Wednesday’s Bucks-Clippers game. I’ll assume that Michael Clarke Duncan doesn’t tip because Jackson says he walked out on an entire bill. Duncan was sitting courtside and didn’t sound happy with Jackson’s comments.

Let this be a lesson to you all: Never ask Mark Jackson for a favor unless you don’t mind your request being blasted on national television. To tell the truth, I’m rollin’ with Michael Clarke Duncan on this one. You see the woman he’s sitting with? I’d forgot to pay my bill too if I was in a rush to get her home.
