Kevin Durant is going to win multiple scoring titles. There’s no question about that. He can score from nearly anywhere in the gym, hits 88 percent of his free throws, and just finished a run of 29 straight games of 25 or more points. Michael Jordan’s 40-game streak is the only one better.
Durant came up four points short of his 30th consecutive 25 point game in San Antonio where the Spurs held him to 21, highlighted by a Manu Ginobili block of a Durant dunk attempt. Ginobili swatted the shot like it was a bat flying around the court.
