Authorites Arrest Colorado Man Behind Tiger Woods Unfaithful Gatorade Labels

Man Arrested for Tiger Woods Unfaithful Gatorade Bottles

Federal authorities busted a Colorado man they believe is behind the Tiger Woods ‘Unfaithful’ Gatorade bottle prank. The Feds charged 38-year-old Jason Eric Kay with with misbranding and altering food labels. They would’ve charged him with being a dumbass if it was on the books.

From The Wall Street Journal:

Mr. Kay, an unemployed artist, bought one-quart bottles of Tropical Mango flavor Gatorade at stores in the Denver area and relabeled the bottles with labels he created using a photocopier at Kinko’s. The bottles were unopened and the product inside wasn’t tampered with. The bar codes functioned. The new label contained a Yahoo email address to contact the artist.

Kay reportedly tried to pitch his idea to Pepsico too. Next time he should cut the middleman and take his prank straight to the cops.
