• New York Knicks center Eddy Curry has been accused of sexually harassing a male limousine driver

New York Knicks center Eddy Curry has been hit with a $98,000 sexual harassment suit by his former limousine driver David Kuchinsky. Curry declined to comment on the lawsuit, but his attorney Kelly Saindon says the claims are untrue. Of course she said that. There was no choice considering the charges being aimed at Curry.

So what did Curry do? From the New York Post:

The stunning court papers claim Curry, a married father of three, repeatedly approached chauffeur David Kuchinsky “in the nude,” allegedly telling him, “Look at me, Dave, look” and “Come and touch it, Dave.”

Apparently Kuchinsky misunderstood Eddy Curry when he told him the job entailed a lot bag handling. And he must not have heard the part about picking up semen stained towels.

Curry also made Kuchinsky perform “humiliating tasks outside the scope of his employment, such as cleaning up and removing dirty towels [Curry had ejaculated into] so that his wife would not see them,” the Manhattan federal court suit says.

Damn.. There’s no way this could get worse.

Kuchinsky, who is straight and Jewish, also alleges racial discrimination, saying that Curry hurled slurs at him including “f—ing Jew,” “cracker,” “white slave,” “white devil” and “grandmaster of the KKK.”

I stand corrected. So to sum this up, the limo driver is accusing Eddy Curry of being a closet bi-sexual racist that ejaculates on towels. Good luck shaking that label. The only thing that would make this worse for Curry is the mention of a gun.. Uh oh.

Kuchinsky further claims in his suit that Curry pointed a “fully loaded” gun at him on at least two separate occasions to keep him from complaining about his treatment.

The only problem with Kuchinsky’s story is that he’s an ex-con and he’s been hounding Eddy Curry for “unpaid wages” for some time. That means he could be making all of it up. My only hope is that this doesn’t have the affect on the Knicks that the Placcidental shooting had on the New York Giants. It would wreck the Knicks’ season.
