Los Abuelos De Tony Romo: Tony Romo’s Grandparents

For those of you that didn’t know, namely Michael Irvin, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is a third-generation Mexican American on his father’s side. It even says so on Wikipedia so you know it has to be true. This video features his grandparents Ramiro and Felicita Romo, and even if you aren’t hablaing Español you can tell they’re proud of their grandson.

My Spanish is terrible at best but I’ll do my best to translate.

We’re very proud of Antonio. He’s a balla, but he probably could’ve done better in the girlfriend department, he is after all, the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys.. We could see him going out with Jessica Simpson if he was qb’n Arizona or Chicago, but not the freakin Dallas Cowboys.. He should be with a nice Mexican girl like Paulina Rubio..
