The shovel and sword have been a season long motivational tool for Harbaugh. The team must be buying into it because Baltimore now sports a jersey patch with a shovel and sword. Whatever it takes but be careful. Jack Del Rio had to learn the hard way that it’s not safe to leave sharp objects in an NFL locker room.
