After falling behind 1-0 on an early goal by Ghana’s Kevin-Prince Boateng, Landon Donovan pulled the US even at 1-1 via a penalty kick. Clint Dempsey was taken down in the box leading to the free try for Donovan. The goal came in the 62nd minute and leaves the United States plenty of time to complete another great comeback.
