John Cena was ripped and looking just like Chris Benoit. So, to answer this question I have to say yes, John Cena did use steroids. Also, If you don't think many wrestlers use steroids your crazy. 80% of TNA superstars can't pass a drug test (I read this on wrestlinginc.com). When wrestlers are picked to be tested for drugs and performance enhancing substances it's random and and many wrestlers may have never actually been tested to this very day. This would explain Scott Steiner on his comments of claiming he will do a test the day Triple H pulls up in a limo to do his test.
