The downward spiral continues for former NBA player Isaiah Rider. He was once an explosive force in the league, but his f*** the world attitude ended up costing him his career. Now, the player formerly known as J.R., fresh off a seven month bid for kidnapping a woman is in trouble with the law again. From KTLA.com:
Isaiah Rider allegedly rolled a car through a stop sign at 2:30 a.m., and after being stopped by police, the 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo he was driving turned out to be stolen, police said.
He was jailed at the Twin Towers county jail and a $25,000 bail was set on a charge of grand theft auto.
On the court, Rider was the Ricky Davis of his day. Off of the court, he was Ricky Davis on steroids. I’d like to say that this will be the last time Isaiah finds himself in trouble, that he’ll learn his lesson, but his track record says this is the way it will always be.
