Dez Bryant Dunking, Rapping and Impressing

The Dallas Cowboys considered drafting Randy Moss with the eighth pick in the 1998 draft but passed due to character concerns. Moss eventually went 21st to Minnesota and on to a Hall of Fame career. Dallas didn’t want to risk repeating history so they traded with New England to move from the 27th to the 24th pick to take Dez Bryant in the 2010 draft. The chance of him being the next Moss are slim. That’s ok. His affect on the Cowboys offense is going to be huge.

Bryant and Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett (sans the Osama Bin Laden outfit) recently had a mini-dunk contest. Ok, I don’t know if it was a dunk contest but somebody recorded them doing one dunk each. Bryant’s windmill is easily the best throw down.

Dez Bryant doesn’t just play football and dunk. He’s also a terrible freestyle rapper.

Dez Bryant Freestyle:

For all of his character issues -the biggest being lying about contact with Deion Sanders- Bryant has done things right so far. He was the first first-round pick to sign and he was the first Cowboy on the field for the first day of training camp.
