All of those jokes about his complexion were really uncalled for. I mean couldn’t they see his kids sitting in the audience, who were about as dark as he is? That’s seriously fucked up.

Color is a serious issue for a lot of people, especially within “ethnic” communities.

Detlef Schrempf is a good call, Bridge Nelson does not deserve to be put in the same sentence with Bird…i am not even a celtics fan, but its just not a good one. even in a comedic point of view, schrempf is a better punchline, except most people at the roast probably wont get the reference, and thats the problem…
