After a dismal start my picks have heated up to win three straight games and move my record to an almost respectable 5-6. I’ve been riding the favorites for the most part and haven’t been rewarded for my faith. I pointed this out in an earlier college bowl games picks post, but it bares mentioning again. In every match-up except for USC-Boston College, the team located further east on a map has covered. I don’t know what it means but I’m sticking with that trend today.

Champs Sports Bowl
Wisconsin +3.5 against Miami (FL)
I don’t like UCLA traveling east to play in frigid weather and I don’t see Wisconsin hanging with the speed of Miami.
