NFL wide receiver and VH1 reality TV star Chad Ochocinco is known as someone who loves attention. Aside from always looking to command a spotlight on the field with his play, we’ve all seen him get on Dancing With the Stars sans shirts and start his Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch”” dating show.

Like most reality TV a lot of it was fake, but there’s no denying it was entertaining. The only problem for VH1 was keeping people interested in the outcome once it became clear that Terrell Owens was heading to Cincinnati to consummate his man-love with Chad. Since then the show ended and Chad chose Latina hottie Rubi, likely securing a bedroom touchdown with his sexy new girl. According to his Twitter though, it may not have been worth the wait.

Taking part in the common Twitter practice of prefacing a statement with a hashtag (#), Ochocinco shared eight words he’s presumably said after sex, possibly with Rubi.

Whether it was playful or not, Rubi seemed ready to fire back eight words herself via a Tweet of her own.

It’s usually a good thing in football to be fast, but not in that sense. Based on Chad’s relatively poor showings in the playoffs recently, maybe he just can’t perform well under pressure. There’s no shame in that, just ask Jimmy Johnson, who I’m sure will send him some free Extenze.

TMZ Sports reported yesterday that Terrell Owens was very close to signing with the Cincinnati Bengals. Pro Football Talk shot down the story while Bengals QB Carson Palmer told a source that he’s been impressed by TO at workouts in Southern California. So what does it all mean? Nothing until Chad Ochocinco added his two pesos.

@OGOchoCinco confirmed TMZ’s report with two tweets and a Twitpic that say Owens is joining the Bengals.. And that Chad will gladly play the Robin to Terrell’s Batman.

TO has lost a step and can be a pain in the ass in the locker room but this is a good place for him. The Bengals need help at wide receiver (Antonio Bryant is coming off of an injury and Matt Jones is ehhh right now.) and with their running game and defense in place, Owens makes them a little bit better.

Terrell Owens has scored 147 touchdowns, and caught 1006 passes for 14,951 yards over his 14 year career. He would love to add to those numbers if one of the 32 NFL teams will have him. So far there have only been rumors of TO going to Cincinnati or Washington and he said today that he would play with the Patriots for less money, but so far nobody’s interested. The teams are putting on a tough front now with Owens but his phone is going to start blowing up once training camp injuries begin.

TO is living it up in the meantime. He’s hanging out in LA, playing a lot of basketball and collecting freebies whenever they’re presented. Owens spoke to us at the 2010 ESPN the Magazine “ESPY Style Studio” (after being convinced that YBB is a safe outlet) and showed he can still perform when the camera’s start rolling.

Washington Redskins QB Donovan McNabb and free agent receiver Terrell Owens had a love-hate relationship in Philadelphia. Everybody knows the story but it looks like the feud is over. For reals. McNabb and TO were seen hanging in Miami during Super Bowl week and in March it was announced they’d be playing basketball together on “Pros vs. Joes.” Thanks to Dan Steinberg you can get a preview of the bros-turned-foes-turned-joes in this video.

Owens and McNabb are joined by Antonio Gates to take on Rick Fox, Hakeem Olajuwon and Kenny Smith. The game would be more interesting if they were playing football.

Cosmopolitan named Terrell Owens a Fun Fearless Male last month and presented him with an award to make it legit. TO used his acceptance speech to reveal his underwear preferences, attempt a few jokes and to name himself a Super Bowl winner. He should find himself a team.

Terrell Owens got busy today in Jacksonville like he spent the week with the Phoenix Suns’ training staff. The 36-year-old Owens caught nine passes for 197 yards in Buffalo’s 18-15 loss to the Jaguars. He picked up a touchdown and 98 of the yards on one pass from Bills replacement QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.

I hope Allen Iverson is paying attention. Terrell Owens will probably wind up in the Hall of Fame but he’s winding down his career on a team nobody cares about. He’ll catch the occasional 98-yard touchdown or score on a reverse but he won’t be playing meaningful football in January. AI can try to be the man on a bad team but he won’t play in May or June. Being a sixth-man with a ring beats being an angry man without one.

There’s been a Terrell Owens sighting in Buffalo as the seemingly banished receiver got loose on a 29-yard reverse. TO doesn’t have the speed he had even two years ago so I didn’t think he could score on this play. Terrell proved me wrong.

We’ll get to see a happy TO after the game if the Bills can hold on to a 10-9 third quarter lead. There won’t be a meltdown from Terrell if they lose because at least he got his.

Terrell Owens is an unhappy man. And it’s not just because his 185 game streak of catching at least one pass is over. TO is naturally unhappy. He thrives on the drama. But unfortunately he’s getting to the point where his play can’t shut-up the haters.

TO has been on an “I’m misunderstood” campaign and his latest stop was with the 2 Live Stews on Sporting News Radio. Terrell talked to the Stews about his press conference and said every time he tries to get out, they keep pulling him back in.. And he went in on Rodney Harrison again.

TO’s right and he’s wrong. yeah the media is gonna come for him because of the things he’s said in the past. But Terrell can’t act like his “answering questions” rarely involves him accepting any blame. He’s pointing fingers. Always. And that’s where the problem lies.

The New Orleans Saints took care of the Buffalo Bills 27-7 at Ralph Wilson Stadium, and starting Terrell Owens‘ expected meltdown in Buffalo. Owens was held to zero catches, breaking a 185 consecutive games with a catch streak. In his post-game press conference, TO went where TO goes when things don’t go his way.

Terrell’s in a can’t win situation. If he says something it’s gonna get blown up, and he doesn’t know how to not say anything without coming off as a jackass. Yes, the reporters are asking the questions but TO’s gotta give better answers than “Didn’t you just watch the game? What do you think?” and “I’m just going with the plays that are called. Whether I like them or don’t, I’m just going with the plays that are called.”

Terrell wasn’t finished there. NBC Sunday Night Football analyst Rodney Harrison called TO a clown several times after watching the above press conference. The Clown responded via Twitter.
