The early playoff exit this year has given O’Neal time to brush up on his police work. First duty: Get the people of the Pascua Yaqui Reservation to give $75,000 to the Tempe Police Department.

The Tempe PD applied for a 75k grant from the tribe after Shaq and Pascua Yaqui chairman Peter Yucupicio became buddies. The money will be used to help begin a new Internet Crimes Against Children Unit in Tempe.
