Yesterday Ron Artest sat down with Big Boy of Power 106 in Los Angeles and debuted a verse from his new single “Champion.” He flowed over the “Beamer, Benz or Bentley” beat and delivered lyrics that were very fitting of the Lakers Game 7 victory. He’s since released the whole song and like I said when I heard the snippet this is some of Ron-Ron’s best work. The song is below for you to listen to and judge for yourself. Read the full story

Glen “Big Baby” Davis of the Boston Celtics has said that he wants to ditch the “Big Baby” nickname but his actions show he deserves the moniker. He cried during a game when Kevin Garnett yelled at him and he’s always throwing tantrums. Davis secured his spot as the biggest baby during Game 4 of the NBA Finals when drooled on the court like a newborn. It doesn’t get more child-like than that. Read the full story

The “I Wear No Pants” commercials could have a new spokesman in “Pardon the Interruption” co-host Tony Kornheiser after his latest wardrobe selection on PTI. Kornheiser appeared on camera briefly and it didn’t look like he was wearing any pants. I can’t wait to hear what Hannah Storm has to say about this picture. Read the full story

Lamar Odom and Ron Artest represented Queen’s Bridge at Primal nightclub Tuesday night in Atlanta. The Lakers were in town to face the Hawks Wednesday so taking in the nightlife was a must.. LO and Ron-Ron combined for 22 points, 15 boards and seven assists in LA’s 109-92 loss to the ATL. The clubbing and the drubbing aren’t necessarily related but definitely worth mentioning. What up everyone, it’s officially 2010 and as a diehard Los Angeles Clippers fan I’m looking forward to this decade being better than the last two and a half decades in LA. I’m sure that’s a thought most of us in Clipper Nation have hoped for every season 10 years, but this one really feels right!
