Snoop Dogg and P Diddy (and some Hennessy) rode together to Game 6 of the NBA Finals to root for the Los Angeles Lakers forcing a seventh game. That makes complete sense because Snoop is a diehard Laker fan that bleeds Forum blue and gold, and Puff claims LA as his second team. I hate when people do that. You can’t have a backup squad. If your team sucks you live with it and wait ’til next year. It paid off for Red Sox fans in 2004 so it can happen for anybody. And even if you’re a fan of the Clippers or the Lions -where it’s more likely that you’ll win the lottery on the same day you dunk on Yao Ming while at half court Megan Goode and Megan Fox fight over who gets to have sex with you first, than your team winning the championship- you fall on your sword. You don’t wuss out and jump on somebody’s bandwagon.

Heavyweights Snoop Dogg and Mike Tyson sat down recently to chop and light it up. Lately Snoop’s been promoting his new album “Malice in Wonderland” and making songs for DeSean Jackson. Mike Tyson’s been making appearances and eating very well. Now I know why he’s so hungry. Too much Pineapple Express.

Fast-forward to 1:11 to hear a choked up Mike Tyson tell a story that has something to do with Oprah and a birthday party:

DeSean Jackson is the Philadelphia Eagles quick strike wide receiver and punt returner that added a much needed swagger to the Philly offense. Whether he’s making a big play or chest bumping with Andy Reid he’s doing something to pump up his team. D-Jack was named to the Pro Bowl as a wide receiver and punt returner and now he’s really feeling himself.

LenDale White is a grown man so he can do what he damn well pleases but the Tennessee Titans and the NFL probably won’t be happy with his behavior. White celebrated his December 20th birthday as any 20something would.. By inviting Snoop Dogg to the party.

Remember kids, LenDale White don’t flow.. He just pulls hoes.. But the bigger issue is with Snoop Dogg. He’s an admitted Pittsburgh Steelers fan but he’s wearing a Titans hat in the video.

I guess Snoop D-O Double just parties with whichever team he’s around. Here he’s performing “Gin and Juice” while the Steelers’ players celebrate their Super Bowl XLIII victory.

Don’t forget about the time ESPN did the “Tony Romo is the Snoop Dogg of quarterbacks” story.. Wonder what the Dogg was wearing then?

Kimbo Slice is living the American dream. He’s gone from street fighter to working out with LaDainian Tomlinson and being a pitchman for EA Sports. Here’s Kimbo’s latest commercial for Freestyle’s Facebreak.

The game looks cool and Kimbo got to hold down the spot instead of a brief cameo like he had in the Madden commercial.

The game has Freestyle in the name so you know Snoop Dogg is down with Facebreakers.

I guess the D-O- Double G gets a pass because it was his birthday, but even then, it’s a narrow pass. A Hip Hop legend like Snoop Dogg shouldn’t be doin the Soulja Boy. What’s the world coming too? I guess next somebody will tell me that Allen Iverson is a huge WNBA fan.

When DJ Skee’s not droppin mixtapes, he’s working on Skee TV. If I every catch up with Skee, I’m gonna ask him is being a white DJ like being a black QB? I’m guessing he won’t care either way.

The above video was shot during the NBA All-Star weekend of 007 in Las Vegas. The big Hip Hop releases in the 4th quarter of 2006 were Snoop Dogg’s Blue Carpet Treatment, Nas’ Hip Hop Is Dead, Young Jeezy’s Thug Motivation 102, and Jay-Z’s Kingdom Come. I thought the Nas album was the best of the bunch, but according to the scientific, 2 man study in this video, NBA players preferred Jay-Z and Jeezy. And Juke… Who, in America, is known as “Joc”.

Flava’s reality career earned him enough recognition to get roasted on Comedy Central. The event was hosted by comedian Katt Williams and Flava got roasted by the likes of Snoop Dogg and Jimmy Kimmel. It was the typical CC roast.. there were good jokes, racial jokes, sexual jokes, and bad jokes. Sports occasionally made it’s way onto the show. Here are the sports related jokes from Flava Flav’s Roast:

Greg Giraldo to Jeff Ross: “Jeff Ross, Jeff how are ya? Jeff just hosted some ridiculous talent show on ABC. A talent show?!? Where do you get the balls to host a talent show? You running a talent show is like Michael Vick running the ASPCA.”
