Members of the Sacramento Kings were asked who would play them in a movie about the Kings. Quincy Douby wants to play himself although Sheldon Williams thinks Snoop Dogg would make a good Douby (doobie?).. Brad Miller got cast as Billy Bob Thorton and Russell Crowe, and it looks like John Salmons will be played by Wesley Snipes.

All of the comparisons are pretty far off in my book. NBA players in general are easy to compare to The Wire or Hip-Hop stars, but I guess Sac-Town has a bunch of guys that don’t look like anybody.. My favorite part of this video.. Ron Artest saying Will Smith should play him in the movie. Sounds crazy at first, but with Will’s “Ali” experience he should be able to nail the brawl at the palace flashback scene.
