Rampage Jackson retired from fighting in September citing problems with the UFC. Jackson claims he was coerced into fights, told what to say by Dana White regarding a delayed fight, and not properly promoted. All of that and he wanted to go play B.A. Baracus in an A-Team movie.

Rampage took some time out of his busy movie making schedule for Playboy’s December 20Q and he doesn’t let us down. Jackson’s answers involve tampons, HotWheels, miscarriages, and Japanese people looking like living robots. In other words he’ll never be part-owner of an NFL team.

Love him, (or) hate him, Jason Whitlock of The Kansas City Star and FoxSports.com creates dialogue with his columns. I find Jason on the wrong-side of the fence on subjects such as Don Imus, The Jena Six, and Hip-Hop’s ruining of the black community, but his opinions cause others to exchange ideas, something that can’t be said for the majority of sportswriters.

Super Bowl XLII (42) will be played on February 3rd but the main attraction of the weekend will be on February 2nd. Playboy magazine will have their annual Super Bowl party at the Rawhide Pavillion. When I hear Rawhide, I picture playmates running around in cowgirl hats and chaps. That’s it. I thought this story had been put to rest a long time ago, and I was wrong. The Irish magazine The Dubliner has issued an official apology to Elin Nordegren Woods and agreed to pay “substantial” damages for publishing photos they claimed to be Elin Nordegren nude. I don’t know how much “substantial” is, but with Tiger Woods climbing towards a billion bucks, this isn’t about the money. It’s about clearing Elin’s name.

The female body is a beautiful object that should be held up and glorified. It could never receive enough praise. Amanda Beard recently joined the list of athletes to pose nude for Playboy, and hopefully more follow her. Here’s the women from the sports world that the magazine should be trying to land:

Anna Kournikova: She owes us. We supported her on her looks alone, and then we continued to support her when we knew she couldn’t play. She’s essentially the Russian, tennis playing, Paris Hilton.. Trust us Anna, the magazine is the classier route.

Serena and Venus Williams: I know what you’re thinking but no… Something along the lines of them getting undressed in the locker room, and then taking to the court to pose with the rackets or in the umpire’s chair. Now back to your idea…

Erin Andrews: A sexy, former cheerleader, that had the internet and college baseball teams goin nuts is a no brainer. She has the classic bunny look and Mike Gillespie Sr. says she’s a solid 9 1/2 binoculars in his book.

Danica Patrick: She’s cute, fiesty, and fast. I can see her on the cover unzipping her fire retardant jumpsuit and inside the mag rockin nothing but her helmet. I can also see her stomping around and then shoving the photographer if she doesn’t like the pictures.

Pam Oliver: The pic doesn’t do her justice, but I didn’t want to link to the you tube clip of her in dem jeans. If she ever poses for the magazine good luck getting a copy before Joe Buck buys them all.

We men do a lot of stupid things when we’re in love. We’ll forget about our homeboys, we’ll watch Serendipity, and in the case of Gene Simmons, we’ll let the lil lady wager 100k on a horse at the derby.

The former bassist for KISS and his wife life partner were filming an episode of their reality show, Family Jewels, at Churchill Downs when Shannon Tweed made the $100,000 bet. The identity of the wagered upon horse was kept secret but it isn’t too hard to figure out where the money was placed.

Between noon and 1 p.m., the odds on Nobiz Like Shobiz went from 12-1 to 9-1, a sharp drop in a pool of more than $8 million six hours before post time. Perhaps a six-figure wager was responsible? Could the actress have made a fearless hunch bet on a name? This relentless investigative reporter introduced himself to Shannon, saying, “I enjoyed your movies,” – hey, I wasn’t lying – and asked, “Will you be rooting for Nobiz Like Shobiz?” She seemed a bit surprised by the question, then smiled and said, “Yes, I will.”

If she did bet on NoBiz, that’s money wasted.. Nobiz Like Shobiz finished in 10th place. I’d be willing to bet that the money was actually put up by the producers of the reality show. I’m not saying reality tv is fake, I’m saying it’s not real. In a related story, Peter Chris is upset with his wife for losing 20 bucks on a trifecta.
