
The PGA created the FedEx Cup to give golf their own version of a playoff. The Cup has been a failure in its first two years due to players (Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh) having the championship locked up when the “playoffs” begin, rendering the remaining tournaments useless.
Golf legend Jack Nicklaus spoke to the Los Angeles Times about the FedEx Cup and you can put him with the group of people that believe the idea sucks.
