Chris Bosh of the Toronto Raptors has put together “First Ink“, a documentary about his first tattoo that includes high school footage of Bosh and CB4 skits. The DVD hits stores Dec. 15 but Bosh is giving us a clip a day until it’s available. Here he talks about meeting LeBron James for the first time at a basketball camp.

Team Usa cruised to a 92-69 victory over Greece in their third preliminary game in the Beijing Olympics. Dwyane Wade’s ball saving alley-oop to Kobe Bryant was the play of the game, which you can see above if YouTube hasn’t pulled the video yet.

The Greeks were supposed to represent Team USA’s first challenge in Beijing. They were for the first quarter, but the American defense and Chris Bosh pushed Team USA to a 19 point halftime lead. The U.S. shot 35 percent from 3-pt. range (7-20) for the game and continued to miss open three point looks. The poor shooting from distance and the occasional lapse in team play were the only negatives for Coach K’s crew. Next up for the Redeem Team are the racist picture posing ballers from Spain.

Team USA basketball began their quest for the gold with a 120-65 blowout of Canada in an exhibition game in Las Vegas. Dwyane Wade looks to be recovered from his injuries, and Carmelo Anthony continues to play well under international rules, but there’s not a lot to be learned from this game. Canada sucks. Chris Sheridan of ESPN broke down Team USA’s defensive performance, and early on it looks like giving up uncontested shots and lack of size are the team’s weaknesses. Team USA will play Russia and Lithuania next week which will give us a better read on the squad.

LeBron James had a bad weekend but at least he settled his beef with Chris Bosh’s girlfriend. It was CB4′s gf that got King James heated up during a game against the Raptors in Toronto. It looks like they let bygones be bygones..

Even though the East won the NBA All-Star game, and LeBron James was the MVP, it was a bad weekend for the King. The Cleveland Cavaliers need help at point guard, but they sat back and watched Mike Bibby get shipped to Atlanta, and they let New Jersey and Dallas bumble their way to an eventual Jason Kidd deal. With all of the moves being made in the West, and Detroit and Boston blocking the path in the East, I can’t see Cleveland getting back to the NBA finals.

Somebody better get on Chris Bosh.. He’s taking over the media. He has a website, a vote me into the All-Star game commercial, a podcast, and CBTV. In this episode Chris Bosh is interviewing Jim Jones from The Dipset. We didn’t get a whole lot from the interview, mainly due to Jim’s mumbling, but it’s still good to see CB4 doing his thing.. Even if he “watches rap a lot”. Kids today..

The above video was shot during the NBA All-Star weekend of 007 in Las Vegas. The big Hip Hop releases in the 4th quarter of 2006 were Snoop Dogg’s Blue Carpet Treatment, Nas’ Hip Hop Is Dead, Young Jeezy’s Thug Motivation 102, and Jay-Z’s Kingdom Come. I thought the Nas album was the best of the bunch, but according to the scientific, 2 man study in this video, NBA players preferred Jay-Z and Jeezy. And Juke… Who, in America, is known as “Joc”.
