Back when the Big 12 was only the Big Eight and you stood out for not having a flat-top, college basketball players were making videos for Youtube. They didn’t know there would one day be a place where their short-shorts and lip-syncing skills would live forever but they made videos just in case. Take the 1988 Oklahoma Sooners for instance. Stacey King, Mookie Blaylock and the rest of the Sooners were so excited about their chances of winning the National Championship that they made a music video. It’s pretty crappy but what do you expect from a bunch of pre-Internet college kids in ’88.
